Autocall TrueSite Workstation: Centralized, Graphical Fire Alarm Command

Autocall logo — TrueSite Workstation fire alarm management system by SSI

When you’re managing fire alarm systems across a large facility, campus, or multiple buildings, a single panel view isn’t enough. The Autocall TrueSite Workstation is a PC-based graphical command center that ties your entire fire alarm network into one clear, visual interface.

It supports up to 250,000 devices and 687 control units — and puts everything operators need to monitor, locate, and respond to any alarm condition on a single screen.

Suppression Systems, Inc. (SSI) is a certified Autocall partner serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia. We design, install, program, and service TrueSite systems to full NFPA 72 compliance.

See Every Alarm, Instantly — 3D Graphical Interface

Autocall TrueSite Workstation graphical fire alarm interface with 3D building visualization and floor plan overlay

TrueSite imports your actual CAD building drawings and overlays live system data directly onto interactive floor plans and campus maps. Alarm, supervisory, and trouble conditions are color-coded and pinpointed the moment they occur.

  • 3D color visualization — locate any event on any floor or building instantly, without guessing
  • Event-specific action instructions — custom, step-by-step operator guidance displays automatically for each alarm type
  • Reduced training burden — the visual interface shortens operator training time and promotes consistent emergency response

In a large facility, the difference between a confused response and a fast one often comes down to whether the operator can immediately identify where a problem is and what to do. TrueSite removes that ambiguity.

No Single Point of Failure: The ES Net Peer-to-Peer Network

TrueSite operates as a fully independent node on the Autocall ES Net peer-to-peer network. Unlike hub-dependent topologies, ES Net is designed so that every node — including the TrueSite Workstation — operates independently.

If a cable segment is cut or a node goes offline, the rest of the network continues to function normally. For facilities where continuous fire alarm coverage is non-negotiable, this architecture matters.

  • Resilient by design — no single equipment or wiring failure can take down the network
  • Scales across campuses — connects multiple buildings via Ethernet or fiber
  • Each node self-sufficient — workstation, panels, and BSIU units all operate independently on the same network

TrueSite BSIU: The Same Interface for Smaller Facilities

Autocall TrueSite BSIU Building Systems Information Unit — graphical fire alarm display for schools and small facilities

Not every facility needs the full TrueSite Workstation. For schools and smaller campuses, the TrueSite BSIU (Building Systems Information Unit) delivers the same graphical interface in a more cost-effective format — still running on the ES Net peer-to-peer network with full graphical alarm annunciation.

Not sure which fits your facility? SSI can evaluate your building count, device load, and operational requirements and recommend the right TrueSite configuration — Workstation or BSIU. Talk to an SSI engineer.

Integration, Remote Access, and Third-Party Monitoring

TrueSite is designed to fit into complex building environments — not just fire alarm networks in isolation.

  • BACnet integration — connects with HVAC, security, and building management systems for coordinated emergency response
  • DACR option — the Digital Alarm Communicator Receiver allows TrueSite to monitor fire alarm panels from other manufacturers within the same graphical interface
  • Remote Client software — up to 60 authorized users can access system status, alarm logs, and event history from off-site
  • TrueSite Mobile App — extends system visibility to mobile devices for facility managers and security personnel on the move

This makes TrueSite especially practical for facilities that have grown over time — older panels from mixed manufacturers, buildings added in phases, and operations teams that need visibility without being tied to a single workstation.

NFPA 72 Compliance — Programmed and Validated by SSI
